Mmabatho Nkambule is the founder and owner of Tshukudu Consulting. The consultancy provides mentoring, coaching, facilitation and communication services. She has over fifteen years’ experience working in corporations across various sectors including Healthcare and Information Technology. Before launching her own consultancy Mmabatho was the Group Learning & Development Manager for a Johannesburg-based IT company. As a transformational entrepreneur, Mmabatho is passionate about helping individuals and teams work from a strength-based position to carve out and achieve the goals they have set for themselves. This extends into Tshukudu Consulting’s Corporate Social Investment where she contributes her services as a coach and mentor to non-profit organisations and business incubators that focus on developing entrepreneurs as a means to grow South Africa’s economy.Mmabatho holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and International Politics. In the quest for her own personal and professional development, in 2014 she completed the Program for Leadership Development (executive MBA) at Harvard Business School as a fellow of the Harvard South Africa Fellowship Program.
