Delivering mechanical engineering services that meet JCP Standards and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.Performing HVAC mechanical engineering services such as:- Contribution to appropriate studies, analysis and recommendation actions.- Assisting with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports.- Communicating effectively with the mechanical engineering team and project stakeholders, including the customer.- Identifying issues and problems, developing appropriate solutions, and asking for assistance if required

- Designing of mechanical services of plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial, residential, hospitality and entertainment buildings.- Using Autodesk Revit tools to present design and engineering solutions.- Researching, planning, designing and developing building engineering systems for mechanical engineering in consultation and coordination with Lead Engineer Engineer.- Performing engineering evaluations, feasibility studies, conceptual and final design, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.- Assisting Lead Engineer Engineer in administering contacts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.- Preparing and documenting calculations complete with support references to codes and standards

- Plan, schedule, or coordinate MEP project activities to meet deadlines.- Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports, and release contractor/worker payments.- Study issues, accidents, or delays at the construction sites, and commission engineering consultant to make studies when necessary in order to ensure adherence to standards and to manage change.- Interpret blueprints, technical shop drawings, schematics, or computer generated reports to support onsite construction activities using BIM.- Prepare Requests for Information (RFI) when necessary.- Research, design, and evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems, or processes to meet requirements.- Advise on the installation, operation, maintenance, or repair of MEP systems and equipment, such as pumps, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) or water systems.
