Project Manager
Current- Manage the team of project management and supervision and contact with the client for the critical issues.- Consult and attend meetings as necessary with the relevant authorities and departments in relation to the Project.- Identify technical and economic solutions which are most suited to the requirements of the Project.- Oversee, evaluate and assess the contractor for executing the training on the system‑operation for the client teams by the end of the project.- Implement all site activities as managing the assigned contractors on daily basis.- Execute Technical inspections of installations, startup and operation.- Coordinate with technical office engineers to take their support if required and as per project needs.- Coordinate with the technical office for document controlling activities.- Issue a daily progressing report and escalation to clients for any delay.- Manage the invoicing process and SLA as per contract in favor of Client.- Verify and approve the operational maintenance manuals Utilize the Clientʼs project management technology platforms, where applicable, to improve the efficiency of data management and the Clientʼsdecision‑making capability.
