Hello!I am Marcelo, brazilian. I am very excited to be able to share my professional journey with all the learnings and achievements obtained over these years.With 31 years in the operational and corporate áreas, I have developed a participative, proactive, resilient, enterprising, Ethical approach to the businesses in which I had and have the opportunity to participate. I've had the privilege to lead teams, projects and strategies in diverse-sized companies, both national and multinational (with report in English), in the segments of Food, Beverages, Consulting and Nutritional Supplements.My skills range from Strategic and Operational Planning to leading high-performance multifunctional industrial teams in B2B and B2C environments; always focusing on new businesses, installing new factories, KPIs, improving processes, innovation, budget, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.Over the last 10 years I have led operational development and growth as well as supporting the opening of new businesses in various markets, whether in the country or abroad. – an experience that improved my ability to transform challenges into opportunities. My ability to transform strategies into tangible results has significantly impacted growth metrics – efficiency, performance, cost reduction, ROI and EBITDA.I am enthusiastic for learning about new cultures and working with people around the World. I lived abroad in Germany and Holland, as well as experiencing the business cultures of other countries: USA, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, France and Czech Republic.I know that education and continuous study positively transform our lives and those around us and that's why I graduated from different MBAs, including abroad, in addition to my original graduation. I give lectures and workshops to students in several universities throughout the country. In this plant I had the same scope of action as the Três Rios’s Factory plus labor relations with the Workers Union. -
