Business Development Director - North America Casinos & Gaming
CurrentLead the development and implementation of the North America C&G growth strategy and Enterprise Sales plan. Achieve YoY plus attainment of bookings, revenue, margin, and development of new partnerships.• Generate bookings, revenue forecasts and account management plans via Salesforce CRM. • Build and manage Sales reports/dashboards for review with C-suite personnel.• Manage projects and end users from all aspects of prospecting, lead generation stage to closure.• Provide supervision and management to the Sales organization for revenue and account growth. • Assess market size and trends, competitive landscape, and profitability to impact strategic decisions on which market to enter, grow, harvest, or exit.• Partner with the sales organization on the commercialization plan for new product launches targeted for various segments to achieve yearly sales targets.• Develop and grow relationships with industry associations, Partners and End User accounts
