As a Project Manager at BTS, I am responsible for managing client communication to ensure that we provide excellent service and exceed expectations. I coordinate work across different cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, clients and others, to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals. Additionally, I play a key role in risk management, identifying and addressing potential red flags before they could cause delays or negatively impact project outcomes.
