In 2013, as a master's graduate in clinical chemistry testing, I came to Stockholm University Hospital and was recruited as a clinical chemistry tester in the city, responsible for performing chemical tests on patients' physiological samples to help doctors in the work of confirming and treating diseases. After three years of experience and development in the field of clinical chemistry testing, the hospital re-promoted me to Senior Clinical Chemist. 2016 As a Senior Clinical Chemist, I have learned a lot of knowledge and skills about clinical chemistry testing during my time at the hospital. Through my work in the hospital, I have continued to learn and practice to improve my professional skills and knowledge. This has laid a solid foundation for my future career development. After 3 years of sedimentation, I have certain work experience, professional knowledge and management skills and will be promoted to laboratory supervisor in 2019. As a laboratory supervisor, I am committed to promoting the development of the laboratory and improving the quality of the laboratory. During my tenure at the hospital, I have won various awards and honors by actively participating in various medical programs and activities to improve my professional knowledge and skills. During my two years as a laboratory supervisor, I chose to go to the Swedish Hospital in Seattle, USA in 2021 for further training in order to improve my medical skills and knowledge after communicating with the hospital leadership. Received my ASCP certificate and stayed in the US. I took the position of laboratory manager.
