Oversaw operation of the press and information office at one of the largest U.S. embassies in the world, with more than 30 U.S. media outlets in Moscow. Orchestrated media aspects of dozens of Presidential, Cabinet-level and other VIP visits. Advised USAID on IREX and Internews media contracts in Russia.

Established, as the U.S. government representative, in cooperation with representatives from twelve countries, a national inter-ethnic TV broadcast system in post-war Bosnia. The system was later privatized and still exists today.
