• Scrum Master of the project for operational improvements of the Public Prosecutors' Offices. -This project aimed to increase the productivity of the sectors involved, with the creation of dashboards and standardization of routines. At the end of the project, it achieved a 40% improvement in the follow-up time of the processes being processed by the agency.• Project Manager of the Inclusive MP Project. -This project aimed to hire interns with disabilities for the MP bodies. At its end, the MP went from 2 interns with disabilities to 46.• In charge of monitoring systems development projects to meet the demands of civil society, while also simplifying the project management methodology.• Member of the 2020-2027 institutional strategic planning team.• In charge of the Project Monitoring Report, prepared via Power BI and sent monthly to the MPRJ administration.

Accomplishments:• 1st pre-salt project to be approved in the FEL1 and FEL2 phases with maximum grade in the integrity assessment of the SAP PS tool.• Created templates in the SAP PS tool to automate the generation of SOx reports, generating a 40% gain in the time of information consolidation. Activities performed: • SAP PS focal point for the Pre-Salt General Management.• In charge of controlling a 4-billion dollar budget in SAP PS tools and MS Project, as well as the preparation of the budget, respective monthly follow-ups sent to the partners, the information provided monthly to SOx, the elaboration of the Project Management Plan and its complementary plans, the project's monitoring report sent monthly to Petrobras' Presidency and Board of Directors, and the Project's indicators panel for the executive management of the Pre-Salt.

Accomplishments: • Created the weekly routines to record hours in the projects managed, achieving an 80% reduction in cost deviation.• Generated automated management reports in Excel with data extracted directly from SAP, allowing real-time monitoring of project indicators. Activities performed: Program Manager at SAP and BW Portfolio. - A portfolio with over 400 medium and large projects, with biweekly monitoring, for improvements in the SAP system. As well as a 20-million reais annual budget project.• Technical leadership of the team's project analysts, training them in project management.• Development of weekly project measurement activities through the PS module (Project System) of SAP, monitoring with project leaders in relation to physical progress, monitoring and participation with the leaders in the preparation of the Project Management Plan and its adjacent plans, being in charge of the approval of all documents to be sent to customers.• Internal support to the Project Office team for the PS module, solving doubts and creating procedures for monitoring projects. -Tester and disseminator of the new features of this module.• Created training manuals with PS module with PS module functionalities used by the PMO.• Developed the management reports with time, cost and HH indicators of the projects, using the BW module to extract the information.• On-site training on the PS module and the ICT Project Management Methodology at Petrobras University and at Petrobras units in Natal-RN and Macaé.
