I’m working as a senior management consultant for the Ministry of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing in department of privatization and financial sustainability:• Communicate with Vision Realization Office (VRO) to align the strategic objectives for our client with the Saudi Arabia’s 2030 vision.• Communicate with the investors to find the new opportunities for the cooperation between the private sector and public sector to achieve the country’s vision 2030.• Support in business strategy development (Operating Model Design, Business Case Development, Growth Strategy, Financial Analysis).• Support in feasibility study for the client’s new initiatives.• Identify and plan actions/initiatives to assist clients capture new growth/optimization opportunities.• Define a strategic business approach that aligns with client’s business model/objectives.• Conduct a diagnosis of issues and challenges facing clients and how to optimally solve these obstacles.• Design target operating models to enable organizations in efficiently and effectively implementing their strategies.• Plan and manage project steps, activities, resources and budget throughout the engagement.

• Coordinating with client in different departments for project documents approvals.• Coordinating with Alfanar vendors and designers for providing deliverables on time.• Responsible for handing over the approved drawings and technical documents to site team, taking their enquiries and responding to their needs.• Following with the customers for invoices approval and payments to manage the cash flow of the project.• Supporting supply chain management team in the requirements for LC and BG.• Preparing weekly progress reports for high management.• Ensured compliance with contracts terms and conditions.• Coordinating with planning engineer and site manager for updating status of the schedule and BGT and taking corrective actions in case of any deviation.• Enhanced customer satisfaction ratings by resolving issues efficiently.• Built positive, trusted, and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities (Off Site)- Review all the contract documents to be sure that there’s no conflicts- Reviewing all the technical specifications with the main contract requirements- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.- Coordinate between the construction and engineering teams ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the engineering teams and the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements- Reviewing all the suppliers offers and prepare the technical evaluation report- Preparing all the technical documents required for purchase order- Preparing the verifying scope for all project items- Preparing all the construction drawings.- Supervise and review the preparations of construction method statements with construction personnel.- Participate in Planning and maintaining project budget and schedule Planning.- Documenting project issues/conditions.- Maintaining organized and detailed project records.Key Responsibilities (On Site)- Review and preparing all the final drawings according to the construction plan.- Coordinate between the construction and Technical office (off site) ensuring that the construction requirements are conveyed to the technical office (off site) and the engineering teams and that the engineering deliverables satisfy the construction requirements.- Prepare all the construction drawings- Review all material requests and coordinate with material control- Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals- Coordinate with the construction team for solving any technical problems, informing the technical office off site and the engineering.- Preparing all the site RFI, OLT,….etc.- Prepare all the as built drawings for sending to the Technical office (Off site) and engineering.
