Technical Expert (Dialer)
Current• Coordination with business and product stakeholders in order to capture requirements, generate specifications and establish delivery timelines.• Contribution in the redesign of the company’s main product to a modern web-based application on modules related to CTIs/Dialers.• Analysis, design and code review of integration modules between the company's main product and the customers' CTI/Dialer infrastructures (ex. Genesys, Avaya).• Train software engineers on dialer related topics and provide guidance and monitor progress during implementation phases.• Analysis, design, implementation and code review of application components using C#, VB.NET and MS SQL.
