Solutions Design Senior Consultant
CurrentRole/Responsibilities: Act as the solution owner from presales through to the early stages of delivery. Interface across the client and internal parties to ensure all stakeholders have a common understanding of the solution scope. Catalogue and elaborate on the client’s business requirements through a series of design workshops. Provide high level solution designs and artifacts to help articulate the agreed solution. Provide detailed cost and resource profile sizing required to deliver the agreed solution. Lead internal innovation and improvement initiatives to increase sales and drive internal efficiencies. Achievements: To align with efforts to drive internal efficiencies and improvements I have been responsible for: - The implementation of an automated tool used for sizing solution deliveries. - Developing a well-defined process for eliciting and capturing client solution requirements/user stories. - Driving a new approach to solution delivery which will shorten both the sales cycle and solution delivery with an end goal of driving down costs to clients. - Driving the design for a digital customer collections portal to enable the end customer to resolve arrears issues without engaging with a call center agent - The implementation of reusable artifacts to support the Solution Architecture team. - Provide solution design consultancy support to the UK&I sales team and enable them to hit their 2021-2022 sales target.
