[Joined as part of acquisition]Direct report to Chief Digital Officer after acquisition, and became new Head of Metapop. In 2017, led the product and content teams in realizing the executive team’s corporate vision and goal to seek a $50MM investment. [Boomrat (www.boomrat.com) was acquired by Live Nation in August 2013] Designed and implemented entire boomrat.com server infrastructure, server APIs, admin and directed development of UI. Hired and led 11 direct reports of engineers, Project Manager, IT and QA engineers, implementing Agile Scrum. ► Increased website performance by 500% (8 second to 1.5 second load time). ► Implemented Unit Testing, infrastructure monitoring, development and release lifecycle, product lifecycle and employee performance reviews. ► Introduced researching, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and Optimizely to make data driven product decisions. ► Upgraded infrastructure to OpsWorks auto-scaling, able to handle >10k concurrency among instances, and surpassed benchmark of 500 req/sec on each instance after finding and resolving API and DB bottlenecks.

Led the integration of mobile ad-serving (between the Rubicon Project and Mobsmith), solved technical and personal project roadblocks while working with executives of both companies. Maintained the UI and contributed to API development of RevvConnect (private ad marketplace), contributed to development of 5+ billion/day transaction BidEngine; used Java, JavaScript, PHP for development.

Utilized LAMP stack to create Facebook eCommerce application alongside 2 engineers. Created open APIs, integrated 3rd party APIs, and created specs for and integrated a Magento plugin that would automatically import products, settings and process incoming orders in real-time.

Created the first ever web presence still being used by the Department of Nano-Engineering UCSD, implemented admin panels for faculty use; created 5 other faculty sites. For the School of Medicine, developed UI and Admin web application for a research group; created schema and later optimized the database.
