Acted as the “Voice of the customer” to the Cisco engineering organization representing all Cisco Services organizations• Created and delivered serviceability requirements focused on call avoidance and reducing resolution time.• Activities included reviewing and editing new product documentation, driving usability improvements for install, config and troubleshooting for current and future products• Responsible for delivering service plans, field notices, new product introduction, new product training to the global support organization, and End of Support Notices.• Drove service improvements and readiness for multiple products including the Cisco 7000, 7200, and 7500 product lines, uBR7200, GSR, VIP, CIP, RP, RP64, RSP and 50+ port adaptors, line cards, and Cisco IOS.• Responsible for global support requirements in IOS release strategy to ensure supportability from First Customer Ship (FCS) to End Of Life (EOS/EOL).• Created multiple documents on support requirements for Cisco IOS from Release criteria, Bug tracking,for software and hardware, to End of Life.
