During my internship at Chiniot Power Limited, I had the opportunity to work with bagasse a sustainable fuel choice. I gained hands-on experience in operating and maintaining equipment and ensuring environmental compliance. I also collaborated with a skilled team to troubleshoot and address technical challenges, further enhancing my problem-solving and teamwork skills. This internship provided valuable insights into the renewable energy sector and strengthened my passion for sustainable solutions in power generation. During my internship I applied myself and:1. Understood the demineralized water preparation and operation of the demineralization train and EDI systems, Cooling Tower working and its parameters, and chemical dosing.2. Understood the operations of 2x155 TPH Water tube boilers in detail and the operations of 2x31.2 MW Extraction & Condensing type steam turbines, Steam turbine auxiliaries like lube oil systems, condenser, and GSVC systems.3. Understood the operations of Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP) systems, Ash Handling, Operation of Belt Conveyors, Slot Chain Conveyor, Drum Extractors, Screw Feeders, Rotary air dampers, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, induced draft and forced draft fans, and Steam Water Analysis System (SWAS).
