Responsible for orchestrating discovery of high-impact savings opportunities within Target’s Enterprise Services organization supporting Financial/Fraud, Retail, and internal servicing teams. Efforts often cross organizational boundaries and lead to multi-million dollar savings or dramatically improved guest or team experiences. This role was specifically created to leverage multidisciplinary expertise to create a pipeline of opportunities for future prioritizationTypical activities: Consult with operations teams and lead cross-functional efforts to identify opportunities through data, observation and studies, or in partnership with experts from the various verticals. A full business case is then built to assess the opportunity's value to aid in strategic planning.Technology/Business Alignment: Benchmark with cross-industry peers to maintain knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies. Regularly interact with senior executives to set and provide updates on OKRs, share insights, influence, and assist in strategic decision making. Additionally, I partner with product, engineering, and data science/analytics teams to align intentions and prioritize work to drive business outcomes and improve usability for internal and external clientsBlending my training and experience with Product Management and Engineering with skills in Process Engineering allows me to maximize deliverables and amplify my output.
