- Produce content that will capture the attention of the target audience on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,... - Actively manage and promote blog, articles, product descriptions to relevant third-party platforms. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.- Collaborate with other departments to illustrate content ideas.- Conduct in-depth research and recommend new content on real estate-related topics to develop original content by identifying customers’ needs.- Conduct simple keyword research and use basic SEO practices to increase web traffic.- Update company website content as needed.

- Build engaging content to invite qualified audience on the channels they use (including journal, video scripts, blog posts, infographics, reports,...).- Measure the effects of content marketing activities of each project.- Be updated with new marketing trends to develop appropriate inbound marketing strategies.- Receive and convey orders from the BOD to the related departments.- Follow up the work progress of the assigned tasks and make general reports about the results.- Check the accuracy of documents, bills, receipts submitted by departments before submitting to the BOD.- Translate documents related to the jobs such as price quotes, daily market newsletter, product information on a daily basis.- Purchase equipment supporting company's projects.

- Pick up guests and take them to Cai Rang floating market, the Noodle Factory in the early morning.- Introduce about the Mekong Delta and Vietnamese culture and history during the trip.- Share stories and experiences with more than 10 international guests from many countries per week.- Ensure the security and safety of tourists by solving unexpected problems.

- Support teachers in classes by preparing materials and tools needed.- Take the control and assist more than 200 students.- Assign homework and check students’ attendance daily.- Interpret when necessary.
