Prepare corporate level reports used to develop the annual plan book used by Exec staff. • Manage the FP&A team’s Adaptive Insights financial planning software. Examples include: 1. Support FP&A team in developing new tools within our Adaptive instances. Examples of new tools created include updated attrition calculations, expense allocations, and employee burden rate formulas. 2. Develop new ad hoc reporting capabilities for FP&A team 3. Manage the FP&A monthly forecasting cycle, including setting deadlines for the team and communicating summary results to finance team leadership.• Develop, prepare and maintain Corporate headcount and expense reporting for Exec staff, used in preparation for quarterly earnings calls.• Create monthly journal entries for the G&A function in support of the accounting close process.
