Provided loving but structure supervision for home and community behavioral issues, basic counseling, positive living environment, taught basic living skills, engaged child with recreational activities and promoted involvement, worked on court appointed goals, set up and supported community based individual and family therapy, community cd treatment and/or cd support services, working closely with juvenile probation, child protection worker, guardian ad-litem, and doctors, etc. Sought and coordinated needed school services. Worked with parents to establish trust and understand family dynamics to assist with making changes that would support successful reunification and prevent future placements.
