Working in the retail store, everyday retail store responsibilities, key holder position. Customer interaction, and back office work. Main responsibilities as stated below• Daily morning briefings, checking KPIs and making the team aware of this so they understand what role theyplay in not only achieving our store targets, but also exceed them.• Weekly one-to-one reviews with each team member to discuss targets, achievements, issues and supportrequests• Shop floor management, with the Q-matic system in store, ensuring every customer was approached and served• Business Sales Trainer for all the stores in our region (33), training and activities to encourage and build confidence in selling skills and providing a point of contact and advise for all stores and team members• Shop floor - Risk Assessment, Health &Safety Assessment, cleaning and tidiness at all times• Daily banking and online reporting to Head Office• Every 2 days stock taking and inventory checks• Receiving and transferring stock between stores and warehouse• Setting up Promotions and shop floor changes - Merchandising• Queries – Billing, warranty repairs, insurance claims, technical questions regarding handset functions and settings• Advise – Tariffs and handsets availability, also how to set up accounts and claim rewards for PAYGO customers • Back Office work – Box count, store daily checklist, RMA, repairs sending to warehouse• Compiling and reporting on monthly lead capture, and pay as you go monthly target
