Current• Oversee multiple client accounts, providing a strategic partnership and comprehensive recommendations• Manage multiple Account Manager, and Recruiters; train, manage performance, balance workloads, and support career development• Evaluate, recommend, and audit current offerings and aligning services to meet client’s business objectives• Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, success, and theretention of the client• Act as escalated point of contact for all critical issues and performance management ofthe team• Develop and deliver periodic business reviews• Identify account productivity KPIs
