Current- Oversee multiple client accounts, providing a strategic partnership and comprehensive recommendations
- Manage multiple Account Manager, and Recruiters; train, manage performance, balance workloads, and support career development
- Evaluate, recommend, and audit current offerings and aligning services to meet client’s business objectives
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, success, and theretention of the client
- Act as escalated point of contact for all critical issues and performance management ofthe team
- Develop and deliver periodic business reviews
