• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.• Identify, analyze and report on important legislative and regulatory developments.• Providing legal support and advice for all functions related to dealings with contracting parties, governmental and non-governmental agencies, and ensuring that there is no impact on the business.• Drafting and reviewing different types of contracts and memorandums of understanding.• Dealing with all legal cases and disputes, such as writing lawsuit statements or memorandums, preparing memorandums and pleading before courts and prosecutions.• Representing the company before governmental and non-governmental agencies and administrative bodies such as courts, notarization, commercial registry, insurance, tax and police departments to end all legal procedures related to the company's business.• Dealing with Board of Directors meetings and General Assembly meetings and approving them with the General Authority for Investment, the Commercial Register, the real estate registry, and the Chambers of Commerce.• Investigate workers in complaints filed against them or when a violation is committed within the company's work regulations and prepare a report of the violation in order to reach the appropriate legal sanction.
