(Residential Construction & Development , Building Design.) mick@risepropertygroup.com.au• Drafting Working Drawings and Technical drawings with all features and details by AutoCAD/ Revit / Sketchup. • Documenting and maintaining all the revisions of project drawings.• Reviewing details, completeness and accuracy of drawings.• Ensuring drawings comply with cited specifications. • Review structural and architectural drawings and redesigned them by AutoCAD/Revit when required.• Estimating to predict the likely construction cost of project.

Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Project Engineer. Work with Architects & Engineers, regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and designdocumentation. Work closely with designers , drafters and engineers to ensure coordination design effort is maintained. Utilised AutoCad to design drafting of various construction related to reinforced concrete and steelresidential and commercial buildings, retaining walls, shear walls, foundations, culverts. Reviewe structural and architectural drawings and redesigned them when required. Provide essential and comprehensive calculations to design various structural and architecturalcomponents . Prepare technical specifications of projects. Estimate the quantity of construction materials and calculated the price of structures. Review drawings for completeness and accuracy. Maintain all revisions of project drawings. Update and maintain drafting log. Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with cited specifications. Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team. Participate in project meetings and conference calls

Calculation of concrete skeleton in the form of calculation with ETABS , SAFE and SAP Softwarespreliminary drawing and submitting them to the Atlier for the final drawing , consequently , controllingthe final drawing and eliminating the potential defects. Cost estimation of the parts associated with the civil engineering in constructional projects includingcalculation of the necessary materials and quantity of human force involved in the project. Estimating financial amount of the projects considering materials required and necessary human forcebased on price list of the relevant year and final estimation of the project in Rials (Iranian currency).Training Courses Advanced
