Responsible for the program 'Acceleration of deeptech companies'. Leads the team consisting of experts in a range of cutting-edge technologies and innovation management. Combining the role of program manager for 'Acceleration of deeptech companies' with my continued role as gender equality expert at Vinnova. Together with the team and the system at large, my task is to develop the program by gender mainstreaming and test new innovation support that promotes competitive Swedish deeptech companies.

Handle funding for research and innovation projects and represents Vinnova in in various reference groups regarding the promotion of women's entrepreneurship and ownership. Operationally responsible for Vinnova's sustainability support, a team consisting of 5 experts in climate, environmental and gender equality issues. The team supports the entire agency in the research and innovation funding process, to ensure sustainability integration in all calls and programs.

Together with my colleague Sophia Ivarsson I manage The Research Funding Organization Community Of Practice - The RFO CoP. We ensure the coordination and communication within the RFO CoP and map onto the thematic WPs and additional topics identified through capacity building and needs assessment. Together we organize regular CoP meetings, and report on developments as part of the Project Management Board meetings. As RFO CoP co-manager I moderate mutual learning workshops and midterm events. All with the purpose of advancing gender equality and inclusion in the European research and innovation area.

The OECD and European Commission have strengthened their focus on women entrepreneurship. Nordic Innovation have initiated a process to map the challenges in the Nordics for female entrepreneurs. Together with my collegue Annie Lindmark, I am representing Sweden and Vinnova in the task force for diversity.

VentureLab is an incubator for students at Lund University located in Sweden's oldest and largest science park, Ideon. As the Executive Director, I was responsible for budget, resource allocation, collaboration with external financiers and partners - but above all to build, drive and motivate the team to constantly improve. Both individually and as an organisation, as a strong team is the key to good results. Together, we equipped the entrepreneurs of the future in sustainable business, board building and business development. During my time at VentureLab and LU Innovation, I initiated several large collaborative projects and signed agreements with both private and public actors. I was also responsible for two major internal organisational projects linked to gender mainstreaming at LU Innovation and I represented VentureLab in the Vinnova-funded project The Yes Way.
