I conducted a study on the effects of climate change on an industry in the Commonwealth of Dominica, what the current status of the industry is and what the future options and possibilities are available to increase climate resilience within the industry. The project was financed with an MFS scholarship from the Swedish International Development Agency.

Sweco Future Talents is a leadership education for students at LTH and Campus Helsingborg. We were a group of about 20 people who were selected by Sweco to participate in the course. The education is divided into four theme meetings, during a total of four days. These theme meetings were held during a time period of five months, and dealt with the foundations of the leadership, groups and group dynamics, conflict management and conflict of interest, to influence behavior, how to be a consultant and do business as well as classical rhetoric.

As a Business Development Consultant at Adsensus I was responsible for identifying and monitoring potential customers, analyzing and qualifying critical business information and finalizing qualified sales meetings.

During my summer months at Akzo Nobel I had the same responsibilities as during the winter, but with a more advanced twist and more own initiative. It was in the same team, Exterior Solution, WOOD EMEA.

For three months during the spring semester 2018, I did a Internship at Akzo Nobel. I was assisting in the developing lab and was involved in several projects regarding improvements and adjustments of existing paints as well as developing the future paints. I handled several toxic chemicals daily, followed experimental instructions, made analyzes using several lab mashines, and to some extent, my own conclusions and experimental setups. I was a part of a team of 11 chemical engineers, Exterior Solution, WOOD EMEA.

Summer internship and lab assisant work. During two summers I operated the production process and planning at the site using a computer-based control system from ABB 800XA", together with five others per shift. I was also making laboratory quality analyses and production adjustments. For one fall I was also employed as lab assistant, making more meticulous measurements of quality.

Växjo, Sverige

As an extra job during the last months of my high school education I worked for the Swedish Red Cross recruiting new members and monthly donators. During the summer months I became the team leader in Växjö, expanding my responsibilities to also include planning, education and leadership in my team.
