Yanbu University College (YUC) is located in Yanbu Industrial City in the Mid-Western part of Saudi Arabia. YUC is a non-profitable government institution founded in 2005 by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.

The Rowad Program is the ideal option for fresh graduates, offering an 8-month theoretical and practical training in all NCB business areas. Upon completion of the training period, qualifying trainees are hired for full time jobs in the most suitable business area.​The Rowad Program is linked to the bank’s long-term objectives which include providing career opportunities to a new generation of Saudi banking leaders within the bank.
