Software Development Manager
Current•Take a lead role in the implementation of our new software, websites and mobile applications.•Ensure quality and consistency across our website, API’s and mobile sites.•Identify, track, document and schedule requested web changes•Ensure a scalable software architecture and collaborate with infrastructure management to ensure the underlying hardware systems are in place for reliability and scalability•Oversees the requirements and designs of applications and processes supporting the creation and dissemination of digital communications•Manage the design and development of new software applications•Maintain existing software applications•Provide leadership, coaching, motivations, clear communication and implementation of vision•Provide software development, infrastructure and architecture that meets the needs of our business•Refine and enforce development standards and processes•Perform code reviews and provide feedback on all internal and external code.
