Project Coordinator
CurrentMy duties include compiling/tracking sub contracts, creating/posting sub changes, archiving documents electronically, tracking all compliances for the subscontractor's on my projects, assisting w/ subcontractor's completing the prequalification process and insurance for subcontractor's. My position allows me to be on the project site that I am assigned to so I also take care of most of the administrative tasks related to my project and help to manage the site office.
