- Data analysis of UA-campaigns and user behavior using SQL, Google Sheets- Visualization of data and behavioral metrics using Tableau dashes and Notion- A/B tests. Preliminary estimation and post processing

- Building a product development plan and a deadline system using task trackers (Asana, Jira, Notion);- Building a communication system with external partner studios engaged in developing games for the publisher (from teams of 3 people to studios with 30+ workers);- Writing technical specifications for advertising creatives, artists, localizers, ASO specialists, etc.;- Organization of onboarding and training of junior specialists;- Maintaining internal documentation of the company, writing instructions for employees of various specializations in Russian and English;- Setting up and launching UA-campaigns on Facebook;- Control over the preparation of game prototypes for user acquisition, including:* setting up mediation and ad networks (Applovin MAX, Meta, Admob, etc.)* working with Google Play Console and Appstore Connect* setting up analytics (Appsflyer, Firebase, Adjust).
