As a AEP-E certified I Participated in ASSET INTEGERITY STUDY with DNV & RINA for new and existing plants including RCM/FIMECA studies and supervise the implementation of maintenance strategies for new Equipment and cooperate with BUREAU VERITAS NEXTA to execute FFS certificates according to actual equipment conditions 6. Develop many RCFA studies to investigate failures and suggest corrective action7. Participate in EPROM/RTEQ Committee to assess equipment after fire accident in SOPC/Delayed Coker Unit , in which all rotating equipment were inspected to assess the damage occurred by the fire and to identify the upgrades plans to insure future reliable equipment operation 8. Participated in new Preflash Project at Midor Refinery including engineering review, HAZOP study, New equipment tender, Commissioning , pre-commissioning and project startup 9. Participated in new Project of Upgrading of Hydrocarbon Condensate Unloading Unit Project at Midor Refinery including engineering review, HAZOP study, New equipment tender, Commissioning , pre-commissioning and project startup 10. Participate in various tenders concerning capital items. This includes the evaluation and comparison between the received offers from technical point of view in accordance with the required features.11. Participated in committee to Prepare Study Report for ERC Expansion FEASIBILITY STUDY including preparation of the final report 12. As a certified OF MLA I/II Noria Machinery Lubrication (ID:MLA1-003636) I worked to impalement Effective Lubrication Strategy and reviewing Oil Selection according to specific applications and initiate Oil Sampling and Oil Analysis plan
