• Prepare material list from BOQ and follow up to make material submittal and follow up approvedthem by the consultant.• Coordinate with Subcontractor team to prepare Supplier submittal and PRQ submittal andfollow up approved them by the consultant.• Filtering All items in BOQ and Make sure that each item has a price approved by the authority.• Study and prepare all items that is haven’t approved a price by the authority and analysis the itemand cost estimate and approved it from the project consultant and the authority.• Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.• Civil works for infrastructure, construction ,FM Q.S. works and generate BOQ.• Studying all the project documents (ITT, COC, BOQ, Specs, drawings …etc.).• Making all negotiation with the consultant engineer in the technical points not clear, andremoving any existing interruption.• Checking up the work on site and coordinating work with all work staff.
