• Participated in one of the big activities by working on data analysis and cleanup of remedy system using Oracle and PostgreSQL RDBMS which take EPIC to achieve regarding to our agile environment.• Consolidated multiple SRDs into a centralized service called the Support Group Management Service, which includes six smaller services. Additionally, merged other services into a single User Management Service using the DWPA Tool, an automation tool that operates over Remedy backend forms to deploy end-user-requested services and improve user experience through consolidation.•Developed an integrated solution to manage user accounts, permissions, and support group synchronization between the Remedy system and xMatters. This solution leveraged integration between the two platforms and utilized JavaScript to create scripts for handling data from Remedy and communicating with xMatters API endpoints, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency between the systems.• responsible for administration and delivering of solutions for Vodafone local markets related to Incident Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and Problem Management using Remedy platform and following ITIL foundations.• Building up the ITSM Standard and Non-Standard Service Request definition and working on their process (Including more than 30 different requests type)• Gathering the Business and Technical requirements from customers and analyzing these requirements and translating them to technical design.• Handling Incident Management and Performing technical troubleshooting to solve all reported issues/incidents within the SLA agreed.• Implement application and workflow customized changes for Vodafone users requested by business and service owners to fulfill business requirements.• Developing and enhance the tool capabilities and functionalities based on customers’ requirements.
