Main duties and responsibilities: Following up the interview procedures between the clients and candidates(telephone - face to face interview) Receiving new employee and arranging for them the accommodation and transportation from Abu Dhabi to the sites. Following recruitment for selected staff (I D forms - Security passes for sites - oil and gas assistant letters for security Dep. - time sheets - invoices) Assistant employee for family's visa / driving license / letters to open bank account and rent accommodation / new telephone and internet connection.Preparing application to issue employment visa, visit visa and service visa.
