Update Job Families / Classifications.ii. Process job creation, job evaluation requests.iii. Maintain current and updated Job Rank Order / Job Catalogue listings.iv. Think and resolve all Corporate Title change implications in the entire BSF system. Conduct detailed technical/statistical data gathering, analysis and research as may be required from time to time. Administer the promotion/salary increases process. Administer the annual bonus program cycle. Administer the annual salary review cycle. Monitor and control bank wide manpower budget, oversee implementation of staff requisitions and transfers for budgetary compliance. Analyse salary and benefits surveys results and prepare recommendations, as necessary.  Participate in pay and benefits surveys.

-Identifies and maintains the Competencies Dictionary, Competency Proficiency Levels, Competencies Framework and Success Profiles for all positions and links them with the job descriptions database.-Builds and manages the relationship between the company and different learning institutions (colleges, universities, professional schools).-Implements the internship and orientation program.
