By helping our registered representatives understand how to position our product properly and develop sales language to help the client understand the product/products they were purchasing, we completed 2015 with an increase in premium of 111% and case rate of 126% finishing #1 in the Company! I was responsible for developing sales of life insurance products in the workplace for small, medium and large businesses for the entire Pacific Zone.

I was responsible for the sales of Variable Universal Life insurance sales for the Pacific Zone of New York Life.

I was responsible for the life insurance and investment production of our IAR's in the Pacific Zone territory for New York Life and Eagle Strategies our RIA. I 2011, my territory led the company in sales of managed money and the integration of life insurance sales.

I was responsible for driving life, long term care and guaranteed lifetime income (GLI) in the Greater San Francisco, Los Angeles and Central California offices. Working with some of the finest agents in the country we took all three locations to new heights and sales records in GLI sales.

Was integral in the training and development of new agents as well as providing product and sales support services to our established agents located in Fresno and the surrounding offices in Bakersfield and Visalia.
