Ben is a multi-award winning entrepreneur who formally specialized in the Executive and Leadership Coaching profession. He Founded the World Business & Executive Coach Summit (WBECS), Co-Founded of The Global Team Coaching Institute, Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches, Coaching With ROI, ACE and 5 other companies including WBECS philanthropic arm, EthicalCoach all of which were acquired in 2022 by Coaching.com.Under Ben's leadership WBECS grew to become the world's leading event for the industry with 49,312 attending the 2021/22 Summit, growing each year for eleven consecutive years with attendees from a total of 187 countries.During Ben's tenure at The WBECS Group the company was also named the fastest growing Education company in the UK in the INC 5000.The WBECS Group also had a training division that served a wide range of industries and organisations across the globe and clients included leaders from Google, Apple, NASA, Proctor & Gamble, Microsoft, Amazon, Disney, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Nike, Accenture, Pfizer, Navy Seals, Blue Origin as well as University leaders in more than 30 countries.
