Regional Sales Manager
CurrentRegional Sales Manager responsible for the Southeast US. My responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and training for 10 territories in NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, and FL. Additional responsibilities include sales forecasting, team pipeline management,, SCOPE reports, sales training, IDP's and market review reports.. Managers day to day including market visits, sales plan attainment, KPI reporting, and trade show events. I also coordinate collaboration between National Account Teams and AutoZone Commercial Field Teams.
