-Onboarding manager for 35+ employees, starting from pre-interview stages through execution in role. Role included interviewing and assessment of candidates using multi-faceted interview techniques. -Trained with a Microsoft sourcer/recruiter on LinkedIn recruitment tools, earning a certification in Recruiting Foundations through LinkedIn Learning. Worked with direct recruiters on specific needs within the team, ensuring we had a diverse slate of candidates for interviewing. Utilized iCims for applicant management and hiring process. Conducted and consulted interviews for roles both within local area, as well as other locations. -Leveraged passion and expertise in recruiting and sourcing to provide post interview feedback to peers for currently open positions. Helped to highlight potential blind spots in the hiring process or gaps within a team.-Worked with direct recruiters on specific needs within the team, ensuring we had a diverse slate of candidates for interviewing. Utilized iCims for applicant management and hiring process. Leveraged other hiring managers to discuss candidates, alignment within the business and allow for additional insights to be shared, ensuring diverse perspectives. Hiring events on site. Training on site and remote with corporate customers.-Managed all pertinent HR documentation for team from hiring through career transition, promotion and/or termination. This included onboarding paperwork (i9's, W2s etc.), one on ones and performance management and termination paperwork.
