No, I want to tell you about something I have been passionate about ever since I was a kid, and how I use it everyday in my work...From the age of 10 on wards, I became deeply curious about how human beings make decisions. I satisfied my curiosity by reading more books, watching documentaries and reading academic research papers in my teens.When it came time to go to University, I saw Economics as the field where there was a balance of following my passion and making a living.During my time at school, I discovered the magical field of Behavioral Economics. It was basically a cross over between psychology and economics (two things i enjoyed and I was good at).I fell in love with it.After graduating, I went to work with Scotia bank where I applied my understanding of money and human decision making to decide whether a high risk person deserved credit from the bank or not.I worked there for two wonderful years - and then left to start my own business, Purpose Path.You might be thinking: why is this entire story relevant?It’s relevant because it tells you who I am as a person. That I’m not a corporate suit, but someone who is genuinely interested in people.And that when you choose to work with me, you’ll be working with someone who is not driven by the need to make a quick buck, but by a lifelong passion.
