Viscous Project :- An improvement in terms of process time efficiency for madura fines tobacco and botanical extracts (masoy wood, cinnamon, & bunga lawang) where the extract results from this improvement have the same quality as the previous condition.- Time efficiency for extracting madura tobacco fines from 13 hours/batch to 8 hours/batch (38.46% efficiency from current). While the botanical extract process is from 7 days/batch to 8 hours/batch (95.23% efficiency from current).2. Utilize Dust Clove Project :- An improvement from the background of process inefficiency in the clove processing plant, when the clove that has been cut and passed through the vibro feeder conveyor produces clove dust which is then used as waste. - The aim of this project is to utilize clove dust which was previously considered as waste into clove oil through a water distillation process.- Clove oil that has been obtained is used as a flavor for stem flakes with a cost saving in 2022 of IDR 515 million.
