Operated two wine programs on behalf of Shelley Lindgren, between the flagship location in SF and the second location in Rockridge. Both wine programs focus on regions which touch or surround the A16 highway throughout southern Italy. Responsibilities- Managed an inventory worth $180k+, a BTG program with 30 rotating selections, a monthly wine club which ships nationally to a growing membership, and an off-premise retail selection.- Managed the floor nightly with a FOH staff of 25+ and covers averaging over 200.- Developed valuable relationships with key distributors and winemakers. - Managed wine selections and service execution for private events, working closely with clients to meet their preference and budget. Key Accomplishments- Launched a complete 34 page wine list within 3 months of hire, diving deep into the terroirs of Campania, Sicilia, Sardegna, and California, which then led to an increase in quarterly revenue.- Built a bin system from the ground up while integrating Toast POS and Bevager.- Earned the Gambero Rosso ‘Best Contemporary Wine List’ Award as well as recognition from World’s Best Wine List Awards 2021.- Helped the brand earn recognition from press such as a write-up from the WSJ.

Over 400 selections on our wine list celebrating both classic and smaller producers of Piedmont, Tuscany, and Umbria. Purchased wines in collaboration with the wine director. Responsible for curating and maintaining an inventory worth $180k+, conducting monthly inventory, monitoring p&l, managing wine selections for multiple private event spaces, leading staff education, and working the floor where we welcome an average of 200+ covers per night.

Simultaneously worked for three wine programs (Bar Boulud, Boulud Sud, and Epicerie Boulud). Focusing on classic regions with an emphasis on biodynamic producers.

Duties included cellar binning and maintenance, monthly wine inventory, assisting sommeliers with staff education, private events, and updating the wine list which focuses on benchmark producers of France, Germany, and the US.

Conducted interviews and covered stories on coveted NYC Michelin Star restaurants.

Chef Anita Lo's former Michelin star restaurant, which served contemporary American cuisine for over ten years. With an eclectic wine list composed solely from wines produced by womxn vintners, Annisa was a celebration of womxn in the food and wine community. Started as a reservationist and host, then worked my way up as runner and captain. Was part of the team when we received three stars from Pete Wells of the New York Times.
