Worked with the Tartous Municipality and was in charge of:1. Head of The Office of Building Licenses and settlement of Violations of the regulation .2. Head of the committee for checking the buildings and study their ability to support the current building structural in order to construct extra floors above them.3. Head of committee to check the files of high building licenses for the implementation of the fire protection regulation in high building . 4. A member in the committee for proposing suggestion about the regulations of buildings in the city.5. A member in the committee to study the need of lightning arresters in the city .6. Head of committee to check the cracks in the buildings in the city of Tartous.7. A member in a committee for the initial estimate of the charges due from buildings for the improvement of tax imposed on real estates.8. A member of the committee of personnel at the Engineers association Branch in Tartous.9. An expert at all courts of The Ministry of justice.
