(Routine-Preventive-corrective) Maintenance for existing system of the old relay interlocking systems like (Siemens & Alstom). SATs (Site acceptance tests) of most of ENR's stations before commissioning of new railway projects in delta of Egypt as (Cairo –Alexandria) corridors with Thales. Test and commissioning on site of ENR's stations at new railway projects in delta with (Thales). (Offshore/onshore) Software (IXL) FATs (Factory acceptance tests) for new electronic interlocking systems with Thales. Hardware FATs (Factory acceptance tests) for signaling equipment of new electronic interlocking systems with multi-national companies (Alstom – Siemens- Thales).

Leading (Routine- corrective- Preventive) Maintenances for existing system of the old relay interlocking systems in Managing a team of 60 specialist Technicians. Responsible for maintaining more than 30 stations and about 160 km of railway. Maintenance includes (MV/LV transformers, MDB, ATS system, LV panels, UPS, battery chargers, track circuit, point machine, semaphores and Level Crossings Signaling.

- System Analysis – Breaking into boards and programs and specifying the requirement for each unit.- Exploitation of new technologies.- System Integration and Testing.- Constructing and Training of work teams in different development areas.- Provision of technical support for the assigned work teams.- Project resource management.- Tracking Project plan.- Team member’s assessment.- Act as the Firm’s representative with the client, engineer/consultant and selected subcontractors during the execution of the project.- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.- Ensure a comprehensive, active and well-recorded liaison between the project, the consultant engineer and the subcontractors.- Oversee establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.- Provide leadership and direction to all project operations, including mobilization of equipment, site facilities, staffing, scheduling of in-house self performed and /or subcontracted works.- Monitor all work progress on a day-to-day basis to ensure conformance with schedule, contract documents and project budgets.- Establish a material ordering program and coordinate work between site and office, and ensure necessary communications between all sections of the project.- Manage multiple resources and maintain current knowledge of project and respond to administrative and technical inquiries.- Schedule, attend, and participate in all project meetings.- Prepare and write project plans, method statements and proposals.- Monitor general condition costs and maintain cost, productivities and budget controls. - Exercise strict control over expenditures and initiate actions to bring them under control and provide input to regular project progress reports to the company Head Office.- Assure compliance with contractual requirements and with the scope of work. -
