• Managing and directing the handover procedure for construction projects
• Ensure the timely completion of all project deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinating with all disciplines to achieve a smooth transition and handover of the project
• Managing and resolving concerns regarding project commissioning, testing, and handover

Implementing training sessions on the project Quality System for the project personnel.
Reviewing with QA/QC Manager the project’s organizational relationships as they affect quality and developing proposals for improvement. Advising the QA/AC Manager on all current quality matters and developments, and areas of concern. Determining and reporting the principal causes of quality losses and non- conformance, and coordinating suitable corrective action to address the same.Supervision and coordination of the project team of discipline QC Engineers and QC Inspectors as appropriate. Development of Quality Control Procedures and Inspection & Test Plans as appropriate.i

Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings, and ensure documentation and records in use are reviewed, approved by the consultant.
Study and prepare requests for information, follow up subcontractor’s progress.
Prepare technical and material submittals.
Manage quantity surveying and change orders.
Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
Check the quality of the work executed.
Follow up shop drawing approval, material submittal approvals
Conduct quantity surveying for all executed work.

Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling
Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their own work
