I'm Mohamed Adel. I graduated from the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Information Systems October.i have Experince in SQL and DataBase Admin in (MS SQL , ERP ) . I am now working as a Technical support specialist on Arab sea information system (Smacc ERP System). This is an overview of some of the Tasks that I do in my company Analyst for ERP system all sections ( Accounting Department -all production phase- purchase department - Inventory - warehouses - HR department) , Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. , Communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. , Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. , Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff .Dealing with the ticket system., Analyze software problems and raise them to the development team and communicate continuously with the (QA - testing) and development team to discuss additions and how to fixing errors affecting the project.
