• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.• Responsible for issuing invoices.• Update Accounts receivable / Accounts payable and perform reconciliations. • Responsible for controlling stock movement.• Responsible for Petty cash and settlement them with workers.• Follow up on bank accounts and submit a statement of daily balances, checks under collection and checks issued but not yet paid.• Reviewing all banking operations during the period and matching them with the bank statement.• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports for CFO.• Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status.• Assist in Preparing financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
