-Formulates competitive bids/estimates/quotations, taking into account the best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation.-Manages the preparation of all technical (e.g. defining the most suitable technology and product type(s)), financial (e.g. total price sheet, cash flow analysis) and if necessary, project management (e.g. quantifies hours of engineering and commissioning) aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions.-Collects and archives documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development process.-Collaborates with the sales team and Engineering team to handle any requirements after orders.-Maintains and updates the product master data that are used for all quotation preparation to guarantee high-quality product information in the outbound quotations with a correct cost.-Collect and create full project submittal documents that would be required by the end customers or the consultants.-Ensures submitting quotations to be fully compliant with the customer specifications and drawings and submits a deviation sheet/statement in case of non-compliance.-Submits a preliminary shop drawing, if required, (Single Line Diagram, Front view, Busbar diagram) for any potential offers with full coordination with the Engineering department.-Creates a full short circuit and selectivity studies using Siemens standard and last updated documents or Siemens online tools, if needed before order.-Develops the needed skills to use engineering software tools like SIMARIS Suite to be used if needed.-Develop all needed technical skills and knowledge in the low voltage products through reading catalogs, and attending online training or classroom training sessions provided by the original manufacturer (Siemens) of the products.
