Duties and Responsibilites:1. Establish, develop & modify company policies & procedures as well the communication channels among depts., & positions.2. Manage all recruitment process: including all recruitment sources, in additional to conducting interviews, tests, evaluation of candidates and selection process, in additional to orientaiton process.4. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources and administrative functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.5. Setting manpower requirements according to organization plan & job description on the light of company target.6. Conduct a Job analysis (Job description & job classification) for all the positions.7. Design a yearly training plan for all the company's departments and development of potential employees for training programs within and outside the company at appropriate designated instruction and coordination with various professional centers offering short courses for employee’s career development.8. Providing compensation and benefits program (overtime, allowances, bonus medical, disability and death, vacation, sick leave, absence), to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.9. Conduct wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.10. Prepare budget of human resources and administration operation.11. Modifying of all contractual benefits (transportation, housing & catering…etc.) for the eligible employees and reporting on their eligibility after careful study on the light of the set policies.12. Processing various administration services for all company’s activities & locations such as transportation, safety, security, office supplies, mobile expenditures, maintenance of the building, landscaping and other services, that facilitates the company activity with strict control to reduce the costs.
