Worked in Bahrain (Sep13-Aug14), in Waterfront Development Program – Phase III Project, US Navy Base (34 Million US $), This Project includes the construction of a 140m span, Fly Over Steel Structure bridge, that is to be fully constructed separately and then Transported using the SPMT System to its permanent Location to a major highway road in Bahrain in only 6 hours and in a specific date chosen by the Bahraini Government, which requires a major civil, electrical, mechanical works for the job, as well as highly detailed schedule (by hours) and high coordination between project teams thus complying to the very strict schedule and transporting the bridge on its planned time as issued by the Government.

As the main contractor we’re responsible for the execution of several multistory concrete buildings containing 1500 unit, Steel Structures containing 300 units, Underground Tank, mosque, and several services buildings in addition to the road, electrical, drainage networks and the landscapes for the whole project.General Responsibilities:- Planning several site activities to be accomplished by the agreed resources and methods within a definite time according to the project’s master plan.- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors- Verify the work accomplished for accuracy, proper work methods, techniques and compliance with applicable standards and specifications- Handing Over all completed items to the consultant engineer on site.- General assessment of project structural design, and development if required.- Support project design criteria to ensure its compliance with ECP (Egyptian Code OF Practice) and its standards.- Responsible of steel rebar management, detailing, and quantities all over the project.- Assist in the preparation of method of statement and temporary works planning.- Inspect construction on site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications and construction safety standards.- Prepare regular progress reports.- Reduce site wastage to the minimum.- Ensures that the Company procedures are fully implemented.
