The primary function is to guide the whole business units Risk Management, investigation and reporting of violations standards according to the Group Policy & with high standards of policies, procedures, activities, and standards concerning fraud, corruption, abuse, and Anti- Money Laundering/Combating.- Lead the Committees of Crisis Management, risk Management, Fraud and Corruption in the Group.- Monitor/assess security risks yearly plan & represent recommendations.- Supports business units to enable them to comply with relevant Group and external rules, regulations, policies, procedures, activities, and standards concerning fraud or corruption.- Train the business units on policies and guidelines for safeguarding against fraud corruption.- Review and recommend the development of risk policies and procedures.1. Security Management:a) Develop and update the security guidelines and Contingency Plans for the Country program.b) Insure, train Managers and security/Safety officers according to the country Security/Risk training program.c) Coordinate and monitor security activities to ensure that security/Safety policies and procedures are implemented.d) Ensure internal incident tracking system is utilized properly and perform incident mapping and analysis.e) Collects security related information from local and regional resources as it applies and communicates with the Strategy & Programs team as appropriate.f) Carry out investigations.2. Compliance: a) Ensure weekly security reports are completed, providing timely updates of all situational and security developments including investigation of security incidents.b) Guide communication channels with the Compliance functions of other international and multilateral institutions and exchange relevant information.3. Governmental relations:Obtain & update the area business units required licenses and maintaining an effective relationship with Government Officials to ensure that business interests are safe.

- Build strong relationships with Governors, Ministers and key stakeholders in the government sector to support Orange business.- Speed up network deployment and retail operations.- Managing a team to renew the sites contracts signed with the government sector within the approved budget.- Representing Orange in all auctions / tenders prepared by the government sector.- Reshaping the external environment in the government sector to avoid any decrees may impact negatively on Orange or the industry.- Supporting the technical team by legalizing the situation of existing sites built on risk to avoid dismantle orders or any fines /penalties against Orange .- Managing a team to renew the contracts of Orange flagships signed with the government sector on the proper time.- Acting as a focal point of contact/liaise with Orange internal departments (ie: Finance, Technical, administration, sales & Legal) while addressing the assigned governorates, ministries & authorities.- Identifying and analyzing external key policies or regulations that could have a significant impact on Orange and develop/ recommend policy solution to address them.- Managing all assigned projects/cases with the governmental bodies and supreme authorities end to end.- Liaising with Orange to achieve/present desired objectives/messages according to the project/case handled & Etisalat Egypt goals & directions.- Updating internal departments with any new regulations issued by the government and its impact on Orange business.- Lobbing with other mobile operators to stop any negative legislations on the industry.Managing a team to grant the access for all Orange sites built in governmental entities 24/7.- Representing Orange in all meetings with security authorities.- Ensuring more saving to Orange in all activities with the government sector.- Managing a team of supervisors to meet their objectives.

Manage all 12 GB Auto service centers Show Rooms and spare parts shops (Hyundai, Mazda, Geely, Cherry, Volvo…) throughout Alexandria & Delta for both mechanical and body paint activities.The responsibility of developing, communicating and implementing the GB Auto security policies, directives, procedures and programs.
