- Established, implement, maintain entire Quality Management System QMS ISO 9001 ,standard, and other requirements of Saudi standard SASO 167, 168 and and being Saudi Quality mark certified.

- Contribute to Conduct 3rd party Management Systems Audits.- Perform Quality Management System consultations.

- Establish and deploy a complete quality management system related to acertified standard is established and documented and well implementedand routinely audited ISO 9001.- Prepare audits check lists to ensure efficiency of ISO implementation -Identify and analyze final product / customer returns defects, andStrengthen Implementation of continuous improvement tools.- Put the auditing plan & review the suppliers auditing execution to assure acontrolled auditing program is in place.- Assure that Quality training needs for each personnel.

- Establish an effective Quality system cover the control needed forMaterial entry to product release.- Ensure all products released to warehouses are complying withCustomer specifications and requirement.- Participate positively in customer complaints root cause analysis andEffective corrective actions to prevent the complaints recurrence.- Participate in the evaluation of suppliers and examination of rawMaterials used in production.- Monitor performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standardsAnd take necessary action to communicate/ advise/assist according toPerformance levels.- Monitor and inform/communicate/apply standards created/maintainedBy external bodies, and integrate within internal quality managementSystems.- Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements fromexternal suppliers- Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.- Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness,Recommending and implementing improvements.
